Sven,
I've recently been testing the Apple 2G FC card with the 4105.
DP G5 2G
2G Ram
OSX.4.2
BM 5.0 driver
Apple FC Card Slot 4
Your benchmarks are about the same as I get from BM benchmark 154 MB/sec read and 162 MB/sec write.
Depending on RAID mode and free space on the array you can achieve either 3 or 4 10bit uncompressed SD Streams. Provided you stick to first 50% of capacity of this array, then irrespective of RAID mode that the array is in, you can also do a single 8bit HD Stream when using the array with this Apple controller.
Obviously if using ATTO 4G FC card you will get much better HD performance.
Garry
