So I edited together a video that was originally shot 1920x1080 in Premiere Pro CS6 and put together a video in Encore CS6. In all the timelines, there are slight pillar boxes on the sides of the videos. I looked up Adobe Community help and only saw the community mentioning cropping as a solution.

Seriously, guys? Cropping the video? DVD Studio Pro and even Toast doesn't need any alterations to the video to work, so why is a serious DVD authoring application like Encore having issues with this?

Has anybody figured out a fix having to do with settings in Encore CS6? Has this been an issue for a while from previous versions?

Thanks for your help, all!
