I am still a bit fuzzy on the length of the video. In FCP I can adjust the bit rate and encode almost 2hrs and 20 min onto a SD DVD. Of course the quality suffers bit. I tried adjusting the bit rate in Premiere but made no difference in the length of the video on the DVD - file was still too large. What am I doing wrong?
