Menu questions

Hello, I'm a bit of a newbie to DVD/BR Authoring, I do know the basics, but I get tripped up on things here and there.

My questions are:
#1 I have a still Menu that has only a play button, the client would like a music loop that she provide that is probably 5 or so minutes long, she didn't like the slight pause after the shorter version. Is this possible without getting the "errorCode 24 Note Start + duration exceeds clip duration"? Or IS there a work around like maybe making a video file that is the duration of the music? 5 minutes seems long to me.

#2 With this Men having only the one button, as far as I've known, the Button will automatically be the highlight color, she would like it to only light up to that color when cursored over, can this be done?

I appreciate any help on this, hopefully the way I explained it makes sense.
