Saving an Encore Project settings

Is there some way in Encore CS3 to save the menu set-up (menu routing, button routing, color sets, etc., so that I could just import the "set up", and then just hook up the buttons to new timelines or chapters and burn it?
I was thinking of using "Save as" to a different name, and then reimporting that and deleting the previous timelines, and then resaving just the menus hoping they would keep their previous parameters such as routing, etc.
Is there a better way or some command to use for this. A brief look around didn't show what I wanted.
Thanks in advance.
John Rich
