Encore CS4 won't allow Save As

Encore CS4 4.0.1.048 on Macpro with OSX 10.5.4

Creating Blu-ray project, as I have many times for the last year using CS3. When I try to "Save As" to make another version, I get an error "OSStatus Error = -48.

Have tried relaunching, restarting, etc. All I can do is keep saving with the same name. Any ideas?
