Need immediate help on BluRay problem...

I am new to blu-ray authoring but I have successfully authored a few over the past few weeks. I am using Compressor to encode an mpeg2 file from a Avid-exported QT file. Its this workflow that I have successfully used in the past:

Now for some reason, when I select MPEG2 Program stream and change the Stream Usage to Blu Ray in Compressor, it automatically changes the stype to Elementary stream. I am assuming that is why Encore now wants to transcode the MPEG2 file when I go to build the disc.

Am I missing something here? I feel like I am following the same guidelines as I have had before and yet I am getting a different result.

Any help ASAP would be greatly appreciated as I need to finish this up tonight.
