Naming DVDs and Titles

I'm looking at my DVD compilation in Windows Media Player. Along the right hand side is "Unknown DVD" and each of the five titles of the DVD merely say Title 1, Title 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Where do I name the DVD media, and the titles for ID in this location?
