DVD menu showing diffrent on TV / PC

Hi

So i created a DVD with menu's, the buttons in the menu are high lighted in the Encor preview.
Also on PC playback it works just fine, but when i juse it on a DVD player the buten high lights dont work.
There are a few DVD players that do show the high ligts???

i'm sure that it is a Encor problem because it happens also with the standaard menu's from Encore.

Settings Europe Pal DV

Sugestions?
