How to make the pixelated text in encore moore smooth?

Yes the text in Encore is so "pixelated", im doing 16x9 PAL project and want for example the "play film" text to be smooth, not so pixel and ugly...Heard about exporting it to photoshop and redoing it but didnt get it...

How should I do in photoshop?
