Can not find any Menu Templates in EncoreDVD

Hello

I am using Encore CS3. I have installed this very recently. As i tried to author my first DVD, I could not find any templates in the Library section either under Menu or buttons or anything else. There is only one thing being shown under Library and that is "General". But there is no menu templates in that too.

I am using Windows XP Pro.

I tried to search the installation DVD but could not find any templates. I tried to reinstall EncoreDVD, but that did not solve the problem

Could someone please tell me where and how can I find the templates?
