Interactive DVD Menu

We have a client that would like for us to create a dvd menu that would look like this: list of videos down right side of menu in a banner, company name/contact information on the lower left of menu and a window that would be positioned in the upper left hand corner of the menu that would play each video once selected. Why anyone would want to do this and not take full advantage of the entire screen is beyond me. I have searched for sample dvd layouts and spoken to several duplication/replication houses and have come up empty. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
