License Expired?
by Kathlyn Lindeboom on Sep 21, 2007 at 7:25:53 pm

Installed the CS3 Master Collection about a month ago. Registered, and activated the programs. Checked all the programs to make sure they worked properly. Everything did.

Yesterday, Ron got a "Your license has expired" notice when he tried to open Encore.

I tried to open mine today, just to see if it would and I got the same thing. I have been through all of the adobe support docs that I can find and can't find anything about my expired license or how to fix it. Everything else seems to be working just fine.

Any ideas? Other than sitting on the phone for hours with tech support?

I even found an updater which seemed to install just fine. But the program still won't open because all I get is a dialog box which says my license is expired and click ok. I click okay and I get the splash screen as if it's going to start to open, but then the dialog box comes up again and my only option is to click okay and then it stops trying to load.
