Glad to help. I just wish we had more luck getting this sorted sooner. Or at all. :)

Try adding the chapters back one-by-one and then previewing after each chapter is added. Maybe it's only one that's causing the problem. If you add chapter 2 back and it errors again, delete chapter 2 and then try adding just chapter 3. And so on.

The last suggestion I have is to uninstall DivX (even if only temporarily). Encore isn't as sensitive to other installed codecs as it used to be, but DivX seems to be a thorn in a lot of people's sides.
