Hey,
Michael, thank you for your response. I'm familiar with Main Concept as they provide some encoding power to Premiere. I downloaded the demo and tried it...very nice to see that I can bring in .m2v or .mpg files and play them back in real-time and edit them. However, when I brought in some .m2v files to export as a single .m2v, it still takes time (40 minutes for a 30 minute timeline, PIV 2.5ghz) to export. While I understand that this is pretty amazing, the program previosly mentioned managed to join the files in a matter of minutes. Granted, it didn't work in Encore, but I can't help but wonder if there is a faster way to join .m2v files from Premier (or another app) and have them work in Encore.
Take care,
Nick
