Creating Main Menu with Links using Photoshop Layered File

Hello,

I am a newbie and enjoy learning Encore. I have a photo shop layered file that I want to be my main menu (when DVD begins this will be the main screen). It has 4 "buttons" that I want to link to 4 respective videos (avi's).

How do I make each button link to each respective video?

Also, I want to include an "autorun" CD option that when teh DVD is inserted into a PC, it will automatically read the CD information only and auto run.
