Bob ColeSony battery vs. the competition

I'd appreciate hearing from people who have an opinion about the durability and value of the Sony BP-U60 battery.

I'm trying to add weight on the back of a shoulder-mount bracket, and could use a Gold Mount, V-mount, or a dual BP battery mount back there. I'd prefer to stick with BPs, just to avoid the need to pack multiple chargers.
