Joe TylerS & Q motion in the PMW-F3

Has anyone played with the S&Q functions with the F3? I'm starting my research and testing for an upcoming project. Just looking for tips and any lessons learned.

16-18 frames for action sequences (shaky feel)
60 frame for an occasional slo-mo.

Obviously I'm a little worried about compromised resolution, but I'm determined to shoot this project with the F3.
