I've got an
EX-1,
serial 0111556,
FW v1.11_0531

I'm using the MxM adapters and I had one SanDisk Ultra II Class 4 16 GB card fail on the second record session.

I've added some 16 GB Transcends to my pack...no failures of either since.

(keeping fingers crossed)
