Thank you for your input, I will try reseting unit later in the day. On the firmware issue though - I couldn't backtrack through this forum on how to check my firmware version.

I am sure Camera A has most recent firmware as it was services just over three months ago and had an upgrade. Camera B had one of the earlier upgrades prior to this...
