use existing zoom control on EX3

Hi, I have a few zoom controllers from SP Betacams and have found this adapter listed so I know it works. Unfortunately, $100.00 US shipping to Australia is a bit much so just wondered if anyone had a wiring diagram and link to get a 8 pin female plug to suit the EX1/3?
