There is no timecode calculator in time code track builder

Can someone help asap

I'm on location and in need of help ASAp.. I've being down loading Xdcam Transfree Cards for the past three day with no real problem but today because of using two cameras and separate sound we change the camera's to run in on Time of Day Time code.... When I inserted the cards there is clip on the card but I can't access them to down load them .I opened them from the card and I can see the clip format MP$ but It would let me import them

The error that keep's coming up is (There is no timecode calculator in timecode track builder )

I'm on all the latest version of every thing and why has it being working and now it's not.....
What can I do has anyone any Ideas as the camera people are need card to continue shooting....\Help ,Help
