Final Cut Server Constulant needed

My name is Rex Lint. I run the Vail Resorts Video Program.
We just purchased final cut server and are having a ton of issues getting it up and running, as we don't really have a system admin, just a bunch of creatives.
I can pay for a consultant to come up, get the system up and running, and give a tutorial to our team.
Happy to Pay good $ to get this done soon.
