Yes. The setup for you should be 1024 x 576 square. See screen cap linked below.

Frame rate in picture is wrong for you (PAL). PAL is 25 fps, not 30. ;)

Double clicking on the blue fields allows to type in the number you need to set. See linked picture below.

You can enter any number in these fields you wish, so if your work involves web-based projects, you can make them smaller or larger, depending on the project. I simply entered the 1.4587 number you provided in the original post.
