Getting back into post - few questions
by
Steven Timothy
on Jan 19, 2009 at 2:35:03 am
I'm getting back into the post world and have a few questions, as I've been out of it for a few years. If anyone can help, that'd be great.
1) For PC only, which is the fastest (software based) compositing / motion graphics system to use at the moment?
2) Is realtime HD happening without hardware acceleration?
3) Has anyone used the intel i7 with compositing? Which is the best graphics card? I've heard that Quadro is overpriced and out-of-date compared to newer Geforce / ATI gaming cards.
Thanks,
Steve
