Combustion 2008 & XP Pro 64 bit installation problems

Hi all,

This is my first post on this forum so forgive me if it's in the worng place or is a silly question!!

I have recently downloaded the new combustion trial to install on my new workstation.

I am running XP Pro 64 bit with a quad core processor and 8gig of ram. When i install the software it runs the complete installer with no problems and says its "complete" at the end, this is where the problem starts.....

Combustion will not start up, it loads the window as though its starting then simply dissapears, its not running in the processes tab of task manager either.

I have read one post related to Vista DEP settings but i have changed them and still no joy.

Can someone please shed any light on what is going on.

I have been running 64 bit for a while now and for doing the still imagery work i do it's fine but video apps seem to be a nightmare!

Any help would be much appriciated
