Hello all. I am new to Combustion so i am very glad this forum is out here. I too was having this problem about "1/2 of the video being rendered in the Output". (just the bottom half..) It was so annoying. Without the Particle operator it rendered just fine. Add a particle in -- the top 1/2 of the screen was chopped off.
But someone on this forum posted the solution to
UNCHECK
"use Software Open GL" from within the FILE -> PREFERENCES -> OPEN GL GENERAL -> GLOBAL SETTINGS.
This worked for me and i am very grateful for the help!
