The font one is weird but if you want them all to look the same, you will need to create a separate composition for each resolution. They can all link to the same sources but if you just add different outputs, it will apply different pixel aspect ratios to each, which has to create that distortion. Here is an example with a circle and some text on a Paint layer with square pixels:
