Combustion 2008 schematic branch Selection

So in Combustion 4, while in schematic view, you could shift+click a node of any kind and it'd automatically select the upward branch for useability and organizational purposes mostly... This feature has either been deleted or the shortcut has changed in 2008..
If anybody knows the remedy to this in 2008 i'd love to hear.. It's killin me having to select node by node to move a tree...
thanks in advance...
