To bring in particle illusion particles, download any of the partilce illusion libraries for SE, and copy the .iel files to your particle librbaries folder. You will then have access tot hem in Combustion.

I also have no idea what you mean by orbing. If you mean orbiting, you can make a circular path in a 3D composite, which the particles can follow, which will circle the object you want to have orbited.
