Animated Incremental Ticker

Hey,

I haven't tried this before, but I have a project, which needs to have a value displayed, which increases over time in incremental steps. In other words, I need to show how many people are injured or killed in car accidents over the course of the video, so I need to have an animated number, which starts at 1, and ends at a couple hundred, advancing over the course of fifteen minutes.

I figure there is probably a way to do this with scripting in Combustion, but not having done anything quite like this, so I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this.
