final footage is split in half

Hi again,
i used a normal video footage, used a particle panel, and i got a half split video as output. Only the lower half of the video is given as output.
This happens each time i use any kind of particles(it happens also if i only insert one particle panel in the footage without adding any particle emitter).
This is how it looks like:

anyone a clue?
