There are 2 ways I can think to do this:
1) You can build a new RPF type object using the GBuffer Builder. Apply the GBuffer Builder to your PNG Sequence, Add a Show GBuffer to the RPF Sequence set to Object ID, Plug the Show Gbuffer (Object ID) into the Object ID slot (NOTE: For best results do the same for the coverage channel also), Apply GBuffer Object Selection on top of the GBuffer Builder.
2) Replace the RGB channel of the RPF Sequence with that of the PNG Sequence. Apply a Compound RGB Arithmetic to the RPF Sequence, Link the R,G, and B slots to the PNG Sequence (Operator: Set, Input: Same as the channel R Input: Red), Apply Object Selection Operator on top of the Compound RGB Arithmetic Operator.
