Ray,
Bezier Warp in AE is not a Mesh Warp, it's a 4 points bezier
Phil,
1) Apply RE:Flex Warp
2) In Workspace click on Operators| RE:Flex so the grey shape is on
3) Select the Toolbar tab
4) Press on the draw shape icon
5) click on the four corners of your image and then one last time on the first one to close the shape
6) Select the timeline tab, find the shape Polygon, right click, select duplicate
Now you have a from and a to Bezier
7) Go back to RE:Flex Controls Page
Press Auto Hide (second button) and make sure you are in Warped Mode (first parameter)
8) Move the points a bit inside the frame, then press CTRL while moving the points, see tangents come on. Now move that around. Voila! you have an AE Bezier Warp tool :)
