My Xpress Pro will not support 30p, only 30i, (wish I would have known that before I bought it!!!) which I didn't realize for the longest time. All my exports from Xpress Pro looked real bad when I brought into combustion, assuming that they were all 30p.

Perhaps that is your problem. You may need to make sure you are working in the same format in both systems.
