it is not that you import your camera data into combustion but the 3d tracker (boujou, pftrack, matchmover, etc.) will create a combustion workspace for you.
all the tracking point (or only selected if you whish) are in that workspace in 3d space so you can easily align layers on it.
it works great and i use it quite often.
