One thing to note about the 3PassRGB1.0 capsule I uploaded to alex's site. There are three paint operators embedded deep into the internals of the capsule. Once you have added the capsule to your footage you will need to drag them to the correct length in the timeline if your comp is longer than 30 frames. This isn't hard to do.
