I'm not sure about that one, however...make a screen capture of your swatches...import that as footage.

Since the eye-dropper in AE will sample anywhere on screen, you can always view the colors in the footage window.

Or, just leave a palette in PS in the background, positioned so you can see it and click for the color when you need it.
