whoa! :) well I don't think mb software reads audio. It's probably just making the hidden problem visible from your original footage. If you try a built in basic effect contrast plugin in fcp or ae, you'll probably see the same thing. The audio voltage might have drawn voltage from the cmos sensor, prolly cuz you used a single system plugged into the camera directly. To fix it, either change your grading, or try an exposure stabilizer.
