I tried alot of things before it finally worked. But, I think what got it to work was deleting my render files from that timeline. I had rendered the clips with the "X" over them, so the "X" was still there until I rerendered it without the "X".
Try that, if that doesn't work, just re-install it. I asked Red Giant to send me a patch file, they just suggested I re-install it.
