Magic Bullet Looks Splits My Image Up

So Im using Magic Bullet Looks in After Effects and for some reason its splitting up my video. I tried making a new project and using looks, and it worked in my new project. The only bummer is the project im using now is a HUGE project and I cant just start from scratch again because of stupid magic bullet. Any suggestions?
