Error message in MBlooks launch in After Effects CS4

dear sir; i got an error massege on magik bullet look 1.1.

when i applied MBlooks to a footage; it loads.

when i click the EDIT button on the Looks effect;
(in the after effects > Effect control window > Looks > edit)

it gave this massege.

"LooksBuilder failed to launch.Please ensure the application has not been renamed or moved from the install location"

please help me. i worked well in earlier. but yesterday it gave this error massege. i uninstalled and re installed some more times. but the problem is not resolved. please help me. . . .

Plugin installed path :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS4\Support Files\Plug-ins

My computer configuration :
Intel pentium D 3.00ghz (2GB of RAM)
Windows Vista Ultimate sp2 64bit
Adobe After Effects CS4

pleasehelp me to resolve this problem. . .. .
