Sony Vegas Plugin Doesen't Work

When i innstall Magic Bullet Looks 1.2 its gooing smooth untill i am finished innstalling and run Sony Vegas 8.0
Then this error comes : http://i29.tinypic.com/200bi8k.jpg
Anybody know what the problem is ?
