interlaced to progressive conversion

We have a lot of NTSC Interlaced video that needs to match out newer 30P DV video.Working with FCP we need to purchase software to make this coversion, the put a film look to it. We are looking to Magic Bullet Editors edition, but it looks like it does not include the progressive conversion. The much more expensive Magic Bullet Suite appears to have the progressive conversion, but only for After Effects and not on FCP. Anyone out there have a suggestion which way to go?
Thanks
