Sorry is todays world, the graphic card is the MOST important thing, the card is going all the heavy lifting in AE. Spend the money there, CUDA engine is what you want.

This is not to say that RAM and computer speed is not important, they are too. For RAM preview you need more RAM, but the graphics card statement is just wrong.
