[Gerardo Flores] "But with this problems now Im really doubting about the excelence of MAC. I have a look on your forums about the errro 7::39 in after effects And now Im wondering how many of this error I still dont know."

Working in high-definition (and beyond) requires an extremely powerful and well-equipped computer, regardless of platform or software.

Error 7::39 is thrown when the computer can't grab enough RAM to create an image buffer needed for rendering. This error occurs on both Macs and PCs in low-memory situations. I've posted many times on this forum about workflow adjustments, multiprocessing settings, and rendering to image sequences as ways to cope with memory constraints.

These errors occur because 32-bit AE (CS4 and earlier) could only address up to 4GB per process. CS5, being 64-bit, can address vastly larger amounts of RAM, so these errors can be avoided on systems with sufficient memory.
