I cannot get parallels to recognize the MX02 express card in Windows 7. I'm using Windows for the Matrox H.264 capture utility and Copytrans Manager for Iphone/Ipad/Ipod upload. Any solutions?

Bootcamps is not an option.

17" Macbook Pro
Matrox MX02 LE/w Max (express card)
OSX 10.7.4
Windows 7 64bit
Parallels 7
Matrox/Windows 7.0.0 driver (CS6)
