Devin CraneClosed Captioning and MAX H.264

Just bought the MXO2 LE and have learned how to capture CC via the 4vanc in channel 16 audio track but is there anyway to encode those captions to a Max H.264 file? I've tried the .scc file through additional information but that doesn't seem to work. Anybody have any success with this?
