Hi Christian,
If you have noise in the video, it is most likely from the camera adding GAIN. Manually control the Iris/Gain to stop that issue, ultimately you want NO gain but if you must, I wouldn't go above 6dB with that camera or the image can get noisy. As for going above 100Mbps, probably overkill, as 100Mbps is the default.
