MXO Settings for Pro Res 422 HQ

Just started shooting AVC 100 Intra 1920 X 1080 24p
Transcoding in FCP 7 to ProRes 422 HQ 1920X1080 24p
Should I use MXO Uncompressed 1080p 23.98 as my video playback setting?

MBPRO 2.4
4G Ram
OS 10.5.8
FCP 7.0.1
QT 7.6.4
ESATA 4 bay raid 5 AJA system test results (Vid Frame Size 1920x1080 10 bit File Size 2GB)
Write 100 MB/s Read 130MB/s
